- Official Six regions have been officially revealed: Vice City, Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga National Park.
- Official The playable area is said to be about three times the size of the Red Dead Redemption 2 map, with Vice City alone about twice the size of Los Santos (according to press previews).
- Fan guess The community map (version 16, Reddit r/GTA6) estimates Leonida at roughly 21 × 20 km (13 × 12 mi) with about 86 km² (33 sq mi) of land. GTA 5 has just under 50 km² (19 sq mi).
